Incompetency and arrogance like I’ve never seen before. Five weeks trying to resolve an issue with the rear speakers in a car I just leased. While voicing my displeasure to the GM Kevin on February 9, he told me I should calm down or I could drive off the lot with a defective automobile. Ruthie, the service manager, claimed I never told her there was an issue with the rear speakers specifically. In essence, calling me a liar. At this dealership, the customer is never right. More

Not all car dealerships are the same and we can attest that the service we got today was above and beyond. Cesar expertly helped us through finding the right car for us and guided us through the entire process. Meanwhile, Tommy provided a transparent breakdown of all the financial details, giving us the chance to make very informed decisions about the available services. Cesar and Tommy stand out as some of the most charismatic, positive, and welcoming individuals and made the buying experience extremely smooth, stream-lined, and comfortable. Their approach is refreshingly not pushy, and they have the rare ability to really listen to their customers. Moreover, they are very patient, and it is obvious that they are committed to helping people find the car of their dreams. Cesar, in particular, is very well-mannered, gentle, and soft-spoken, coupled with a high level of attentiveness. It did not feel like he was there to sell me the car, but rather make sure that all of my needs were taken care of. I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. On top of that Mazda Corporate is terrible. We purchased a used vehicle and the finance person switched up what was agreed upon. We sat down with him and he went through the documentation fast on his desk computer. At the end offered the certified check for $7,500 and he said, oh no you can return that to the bank. We were like what, oh he made the whole amount less the down payment into the loan, which almost doubled our monthly payment. He said you can pay Mazda the amount and it will go to principal. Well it won't lower the monthly payment. We've reached out to corporate and have gotten nowhere in the past month with this. The finance guy makes money on higher loans, they don't care about you! STAY AWAY!!! More

Mazda of Valley Stream exceeded all of my expectations when it comes to auto dealerships. Kevin and Kareem were my sales people and they were amazing! I could not have had an easier car buying experience!! We were able to do all of the paperwork online which saved a ton of time. Also Kareem took care of working with my insurance company and getting me my financing. Everyone knows that buying a car in this covid climate is difficult but with Mazda of Valley Stream, you will get the best customer service and a very fair deal. They even purchased my lease return from me and I ended up making some money off of it! They are very fair with appraisals and have lots of new car inventory. I told them what I wanted and they had it! I ended up leasing a new Mazda CX-5 Reserve in red. I cannot tell you the amount of compliments I have received on this car. I already have a few people at work that want to get the same exact car! It is a great vehicle and has everything you need and then some. Kareem took the time to make sure I understood all of the tech in the car and made sure that all the settings that I like were setup. Kareem knows this car inside and out!! The CX5 is a great vehicle at a great price point!! I highly recommend Kareem and Kevin at this dealership because you will be taken care of like family! More
Mazda of Valley Stream thinks it's a good idea to sell you a used car that, 2 months later you need brakes on. 2 months, kinda pathetic, and when call them on it they want to charge $500 to replace the fr you a used car that, 2 months later you need brakes on. 2 months, kinda pathetic, and when call them on it they want to charge $500 to replace the front brakes, the sales people are nice but there is a thing called ethics which is sorely lacking in the service department, shame on them. If you buy a used car from them make sure you have your own mechanic look at it , the service department @ Mazda of Valley Stream is NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!. More
