The repair work itself appears to have been handled appropriately, and Danny was excellent when I picked up my vehicle. He has always been great to work with and is usually my service advisor. My frustration was with the communication process while the vehicle was being serviced. I received updates about the repair and a service video, but I never received a clear notification that my vehicle was completed and ready for pickup. Because of that, I had to reach out myself for clarification. Better communication regarding vehicle status and completion would have made the experience much smoother. More

I worked night shift back to back and i waited at the lounge because they said they close at 5 pm and service is just 1- 1.5 hrs. After 1 hr, saw my vehicle already done and i was happy waiting for my se lounge because they said they close at 5 pm and service is just 1- 1.5 hrs. After 1 hr, saw my vehicle already done and i was happy waiting for my service coordinator. But for the past 40 mins, i waited for someone to atleast check me out to pay so i can leave. If i didnt stand near the counter they wouldnt process my check out. Some of them dont have clients and are not busy. Also they didnt do a free car wash. More
