She made me feel more comfortable test driving the car, and allowed me to take my time figuring out which one I wanted to purchase. We also had our 14 month old son with us, and he made things a bit chaotic at times. She was very understanding and patient with us. In fact the Mazda staff as a whole was very family friendly, which again, made the process less stressful for me!
