Very helpful! Duc sent me a video of the car I was interested in buying before my test drive. He mentioned my name and when our test drive date was in the video as Duc sent me a video of the car I was interested in buying before my test drive. He mentioned my name and when our test drive date was in the video as well so it was very personal and shows he took the time to give me more details about the interior and exterior of the vehicle. During our appointment for the test drive I did not feel pressured at all to make a decision that day. I did end up purchasing my Mazda 3 hatch that day and the financing went very smoothly and was very thoroughly explained to me as a first time car buyer. I had an oil change, great waiting area, very quick service. When it was done, the person helping me noticed paint on the side from when someone bumped my car.
