The fixable pr The night before my 90 year old mom and I had to actually get our money back on a used car you purchased from another dealership. The fixable problem over the course of 18 day escalated from service, to service manager, to customer relations and ultimately to returning the car, primarily because they repeatedly failed to listen and communicate and execute on any of the discussion points. We were on edge starting over. The first person we talked with was Gio. I was showing my mom the cars that I thought would met her needs, and Gio approaches us but politely allowed me to talk with my mom, for a few minutes before introducing himself. Not aggressive... positive first impression. He promptly got the keys of the ones we wanted to sit in, and we were test driving shortly thereafter. Didn't keep us waiting... another positive impression. We went inside to discuss some of the trim options on the 3 hatchback and the cx30, and decided on the one she wanted and got a reasonable offer without a bunch of waiting. We were introduced to the sales manager Amir, and he too was calm and professional without being patronizing. We told them we were going to look at another dealership, and did not get a bunch of pressure. We explained our intentions and requested that they consider if there was anything else they could do, that we would be back to listen. The other dealership had a car my mom would have definitely considered but flat out said she did not care for the intensity from the other dealerships sales person. We had lunch and talked about visiting another dealership that had the other non mazda alternative, and decided against it. Her words "I like Gio,I want to give him the business". I'm an engineer, and I prefer the mazdas over the other cars we looked at, but the bottom line is we came back because we were treated in the way we wanted to be treated. Amir to his work was able to improve the offer, and Gio got the car washed and temp plates installed while we did the paperwork which was also quick and done professionally. Liked the whole process and think the rest of the staff would also be good, but we're 3 for 3 on the staff we interacted with. I made an appointment and my car was completed in less than 2 hours. Everything was fully explained to me and of course I love their video they send of the car’s condition. The waiting room is very comfortable. Also, Juan in parts helped me get a couple of accessories I wanted. He was also very kind. Even Armando, which is the one who sold me my car, come by to say hi. Just a great experience. I will for sure service my car here again. Thank you! More

ALYSSA was exactly who any workplace should strive to have represent them and because of her I changed my rating. The initial purchase went well. The problem arose about two weeks after my purchase. I did not receive either of my emergency spare keys that should be inside of every FOB. I reached out and called Mazda and left four messages and sent an email. Neither gentlemen who were involved in the purchase/delivery bothered to acknowledge or reply to any of my communication efforts. Took a day to drive out there to resolve my issue since no had reached out. Again, Alyssa, thank you for your support and solving my issue in a timely manner. More
