I recently purchased a CX50 from Mazda City and I can honestly say that it was the best buying experience I've ever had. Victor Thompson, my customer care rep was honest, friendly and very knowledgeable of the product and the whole buying process. He listened to my concerns and addressed my questions in very short time. There was no sales pressure to buy right away. We made the sale agreement via text and all my wife, and I had to do was show up at the dealership and sign the sales papers. He was also friendly and more importantly, he was very personable--in short he made the sales process easy. The Sales Manager was easy to deal with and provided options that fit my needs and budget. Mazda City's preapproval process made the actual sales process quick and easy as all my wife and I had to do was sign the appropriate papers. The entire financing/leasing process took less than an hour. If Mazda is in your shopping plans, I would wholeheartedly recommend Mazda City in general and Victor in particular. More
