We shopped all over the greater Jacksonville area while both interviewing dealerships and sales people. We were not ready when we met him but still needing to weed out other vehicles, we ultimately kept coming back to Mazda City either doing another test drive or just sitting in the car. Most people buy quicker than us so having David patience on our side made us come back. We wouldnt have gone back if we encountered a sales person who tried to get us into a car that day. Even though we know about sales and thats how it all works, David understood right away that we didnt need a car for a few months and was happy to help us when we were ready. We love our new Mazda 3, now we have 2...and hoping to get another soon! More

This was the first time I've ever bought a car found on the internet. I searched for 6 months to find my daughter' first car, and had little success. But for this sale, we negotiated price over the phone (which most dealers refuse to do), and it took just a 20 minute drive to realize this was the one I wanted. The only drawback was that it took a little too long to do the paperwork for a cash sale. But that was a minor inconvenience.
