Victor is the opposite (and in my opinion spectacular). Never pushy. Always considerate. Super knowledgeable of the all the vehicles and is very accommodating on all fronts. He presents the every detail in impeccable fashion and lets the options speak for themselves. He doesn’t embellish or attempt to get you into something else just to make a sale. We originally went to Hodges Nissan and what a mistake that was. When I was ready to purchase the car, I went to the dealership to test drive the vehicle and they pulled the bait and switch on me. Matt Tudor, the new car sales manager, indicated he could not honor the deal. But have no fear, we went to Mazda City of Orange Park and met our salesman Victor. Victor was AWESOME, HONEST, and FORTHCOMING. Luis took care of all the paperwork, we got our 0% interest as promised and were out the door with our new 2023 Mazda CX-50 in no time. Mazda City's preapproval process made the actual sales process quick and easy as all my wife and I had to do was sign the appropriate papers. The entire financing/leasing process took less than an hour. If Mazda is in your shopping plans, I would wholeheartedly recommend Mazda City in general and Victor in particular. More
