I just bought a new 2021 CX-5 last week and I had the best sales experience. I called Mazda City of Orange Park in late December after having a horrible experience at the Ocala Mazda dealer (and not even best sales experience. I found a car online that I liked and spoke with Cole to get the details. The car I wanted was still making its journey overseas, so I decided to make a down payment to secure it (I'm glad I did because they all sold before they arrived). Cole was absolutely wonderful with his communication. He texted me updates and pics of my car when it arrived. On the day I came to finalize my purchase and pick up the car, Cole spent an hour showing me all of the features and connecting my phone so I could use google maps to navigate my way back home. I traveled 1 1/2 hours from my home in Alachua when I had several other dealers much closer, and that says a lot. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new car and would 100% recommend Mazda City of Orange Park! If you're looking to buy a new car and want an awesome and hassle-free sales experience, ask for Cole!
