I started my car search a couple of months ago intending to get a Red Mazda and buy it online. I didn't want to go to a dealership and talk with anyone, I’ve never had good experiences. As I got closer, I started looking and comparing other cars, but the reviews always came back to Mazda having a better rating. I finally got up enough nerve to send an email about a local CX-5 for sale at Mazda City of Orange Park (note: I refused to give my phone number, and I figured I would never hear from anyone). Within 30 mins. I got an email from salesman Aaron Craun, and I agreed to meet him later in the day to test drive the car. In the end, I think my friend and I tortured the poor guy, but he was amazing!! He was extremely laid back, very knowledgeable, patient, stayed late for me, and didn't pressure me. Aaron gave me his cell phone number and the next day he answered all my questions/texts quickly. I chose to buy the car, I was able to do quite a bit online, and they gave me a good price for my trade-in. I went in the next day to sign all the papers and worked with financier Aaron Kominsky, he was equally as easy to work with, with no pressure, and it was a smooth transition. Bottom line best buying car experience I've had in 35 years, and I highly recommend Aaron if you want to purchase a Mazda. One last thing, I’ve had my 2021 Red CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve for 5 days now and love it! More

I just bought a new 2021 CX-5 last week and I had the best sales experience. I called Mazda City of Orange Park in late December after having a horrible experience at the Ocala Mazda dealer (and not even best sales experience. I called Mazda City of Orange Park in late December after having a horrible experience at the Ocala Mazda dealer (and not even considering going to the Gainesville Mazda dealer after reading their horrible reviews). I found a car online that I liked and spoke with Cole to get the details. The car I wanted was still making its journey overseas, so I decided to make a down payment to secure it (I'm glad I did because they all sold before they arrived). Cole was absolutely wonderful with his communication. He texted me updates and pics of my car when it arrived. On the day I came to finalize my purchase and pick up the car, Cole spent an hour showing me all of the features and connecting my phone so I could use google maps to navigate my way back home. I traveled 1 1/2 hours from my home in Alachua when I had several other dealers much closer, and that says a lot. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new car and would 100% recommend Mazda City of Orange Park! If you're looking to buy a new car and want an awesome and hassle-free sales experience, ask for Cole!
