Yesterday Cole reached out to me via text to answer my inquiry about a 2021 Ma sets a new standard for excellence customer service and communication. Yesterday Cole reached out to me via text to answer my inquiry about a 2021 Mazda 6. He showed me two cars with photos attached. He told me he could beat a deal I was working with another dealership. Not only did he beat that deal but he got me a much newer vehicle with lower mileage and a certified pre-owned warranty. This morning he text me a copy of a purchase offer that we agreed upon and then got the financing started all online. By the time my wife and I we're able to go to the dealership at 4:30 this afternoon he had the car prepped and detailed with a large red bow on the hood ready for us to take for a test drive and purchase. The entire purchase took less than an hour and was so easy and casual, no high-pressure sales tactics from any of the staff. I started my car search a couple of months ago intending to get a Red Mazda and buy it online. I didn't want to go to a dealership and talk with anyone, I’ve never had good experiences. As I got closer, I s to get a Red Mazda and buy it online. I didn't want to go to a dealership and talk with anyone, I’ve never had good experiences. As I got closer, I started looking and comparing other cars, but the reviews always came back to Mazda having a better rating. I finally got up enough nerve to send an email about a local CX-5 for sale at Mazda City of Orange Park (note: I refused to give my phone number, and I figured I would never hear from anyone). Within 30 mins. I got an email from salesman Aaron Craun, and I agreed to meet him later in the day to test drive the car. In the end, I think my friend and I tortured the poor guy, but he was amazing!! He was extremely laid back, very knowledgeable, patient, stayed late for me, and didn't pressure me. Aaron gave me his cell phone number and the next day he answered all my questions/texts quickly. I chose to buy the car, I was able to do quite a bit online, and they gave me a good price for my trade-in. I went in the next day to sign all the papers and worked with financier Aaron Kominsky, he was equally as easy to work with, with no pressure, and it was a smooth transition. Bottom line best buying car experience I've had in 35 years, and I highly recommend Aaron if you want to purchase a Mazda. One last thing, I’ve had my 2021 Red CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve for 5 days now and love it! More
