Work should have been done without being asked. We came for an oil change,which we were happy with. We also asked about some rust spots under the chrome on the trunk. I haven’t been in a while and my tires and breaks have seemed a bit off. Car expenses are really no fun. Anytime I have ever visited a place to have a vehicle serviced, I always just have to trust what the repair person is telling me...in regard to what’s wrong with my vehicle. Well, Nissans new video inspection that you can receive by text message is awesome. I could see what the issues were from the video recorded under my car and felt like everything mentioned of concern was valid, based on what I was seeing. I’ve always liked this dealerships service but this has elevated it to the next level for me. In addition, Samantha was super helpful and responded to my text messages quickly. She even called me in response to a text to talk me through my estimated costs. Great visit even though I spent much more than I wanted to. More
