Everything was ok I was in for oil change, recall and NYS inspection. 2 days later my tire maintenance comes on. I am now told they didn’t Rita the the tires with the o I was in for oil change, recall and NYS inspection. 2 days later my tire maintenance comes on. I am now told they didn’t Rita the the tires with the oil change?!? So after 2 hours for my original visit I have to come back to have this done. Very annoyed and the guy ( Matt) who answered the phone was more concerned with “ he wasn’t the one that took care of my car” than anything else. More
Came trough in a pinch! I needed a part that I could have waited a while for but they expedited its arrival and had me in for service the next day. Being misled As usual I was given a list of things that need "replacing" or being done on my 2 yr old car with only 14,000 miles on it. Sensor replacement Check engine light came on. They were able to get me in quickly and solve problem and make the repair over night. There was a question about a loaner Check engine light came on.
