Rude response to an issue Too annoyed with response to an issue I was having with hatch. Kept telling me it didn't do it when I said it did. They just kept arguing with me. Takes forever, always trying to sell something I went to get an inspection and an oil change at 5pm. I pulled into the garage bay at 5:03pm and did not pull out of the parking lot until 6:55pm. It feels like every time I go there, I have to be persistent with the person (always a male) on whether or not I want their bogus extras. The man I dealt with last night was pleasant and not as pushy, but still was trying to sell me. Every time I have been for my free oil changes it’s always been something new. The first time it was that I needed a new air filter, which I knew I did not need and had declined. It wasn’t mentioned at my last two oil changes so that was validation that it was a scam. My second free oil change, I had asked about the free tire rotation. They claimed that they couldn’t get my tires off, that my lug nuts were swollen, and from my understanding needed all new lug nuts. Now, my third and final oil change last night the gentleman had offered the free tire rotation, he looked back on my chart after I told him that they were not able to do it last time, and said that they would try again. This time, the tire rotation was a success and he had told me that really only 5 lug nuts were swollen. I thanked him and declined buying said lug nuts because they were able to take my tires off and put them back on. I appreciate how polite everybody is, but it total I do not believe that Fuccillo cares about their customers. They only care about dollar signs. **On a side note, the lady at the service desk last night was a sweetheart and I appreciated how personable she was. More
