Buying a used car is a different experience today. No negotiation, here's the car, take it or leave it. I asked for the greasy foot prints, at all seating positions, to be cleaned. The most disappointing part was after I signed all the paperwork Bill just handed me the keys and said thanks. I don't expect red carpet treatment but at least a walk outside to show me where the car was parked would have been nice. Just a different experience from my days in a dealership. Bill was friendly and professional during the buying process but the close left a bad taste. More

Unfortunately my sales rep Steve was not available to complete my transaction due to a personal emergency so the end of the process was handled by someone in the office. An aggressive seller, not fully explaining pricing, The worst- several items: phone charging cable, two cigarette lighter adapters, 4 car windshield sun shade foldable, and a few personal items were missin worst- several items: phone charging cable, two cigarette lighter adapters, 4 car windshield sun shade foldable, and a few personal items were missing from my old car when the time came to transfer items to my new car. The transfer occurred in a busy parking lot of a Honda dealership with help from 2 associates. In my opinion, despite trade-in, no one but the former owner should have a key to the car and personally, without any help from a dealership, should transfer her/his belongings to a new car. More
