I brought my car here for a recall repair. I made an appointment weeks ahead and was told it would take 2hrs. Dropped it off at 9:00, waited there until 12:30 (when they said it would definitely be done appointment weeks ahead and was told it would take 2hrs. Dropped it off at 9:00, waited there until 12:30 (when they said it would definitely be done by). When I asked if it was ready I was told it would be at least another 2hours. I left. I will never return. More

Many people don't like to deal with car dealers because they intend to sell you things other than the car itself. Ms. Lucy Hu is not the case. She made me feel as if I were her old friend.
