Lies, all lies. Bought an Acadia a few months ago. About 3 weeks into the purchase, we realized that the headrest was broken. We contacted Marlow and they said it was Bought an Acadia a few months ago. About 3 weeks into the purchase, we realized that the headrest was broken. We contacted Marlow and they said it was a warranty item so take it to any gmc dealership. Unfortunately, it was already over the 36k mark. It took a few more weeks to get it to repair. I understand, we may have dropped the ball on the timing because we are very busy parents. However, when we contacted Marlow about maybe doing something for us, the sales lady tried to tell us that both her and her manager made us aware of the broken headrest upon delivery. Really?! Seriously?! They did no such thing. Hey, I understand that used car people stretch the truth and I understand, but a flat out lie and fabrication is a bit much. Just say sorry it is broken and you missed the deadline. Move on. I would not be happy, but at least not insulted that both my wife and I would not remember something as important as that. Avoid Susan. More

We contacted then to set and appointment and when we arrived her car was waiting up front. We were greeted by Maynard (Sales Mgr) and Steve Ray (Salesman), they made us very comfortable right away. We were able to agree on price very quickly that was more than fair. We then met with Chris Thompson (F&I Mgr) who took great detail in educating my daughter on how to review and read all the documents since she was doing this all on her own. It was as though he was talking to his own daughter. Highly recommned that you give the staff at Marlow the opportunity to make you a deal. More

Firstly, for me, it is a huge plus in any business transaction to deal with the same individual throughout the entire process. Susan Scott was the first person I spoke with regarding this vehicle on the phone and it was a relief that she was actually standing there at the door when I arrived to purchase. Susan was very friendly and pleasant to talk to, she did everything to answer all questions and address all concerns I had with the vehicle before buying and during the test drive, even calling the dealership where the car had been previously serviced to find out exactly what had been serviced on the driveshaft. I also appreciated her full honesty when it came to price negotiation of the vehicle and in the end everyone walked away from this deal very happy. Chris Thompson in F&I was very straightforward about the extended warranty options offered through the dealership and did not pressure me to make a decision that day. He thoroughly explained what remaining warranties were left on my vehicle as well as gave me enough information to make an informed decision (when I am ready) regarding a service contact. I secured my own financing prior to going but Susan and Chris worked together with my credit union to get me on the road that day with tags, insurance, and peace of mind. What I really appreciated about this dealership is the fact that they treated me with respect and because I was an informed consumer I was able to reap the benefits of this experience all the more. These are good, honest, down-to-earth people who treat you with the same respect you give them and this was a great car-buying experience.
