After buying the used car I was looking for at a price that seemed a little too fixed and suspicious to me, I quickly discovered a problem with the windshield. The shop had swirled the windshield when they had done the final detail. It is very distracting while driving at night with oncoming traffic. We notified the dealer immediately and they asked us to bring it in. They concluded all too quickly that it had to have been due to an ice scraper and was not their problem. Now, when I reported the issue, it had not snowed at all. Even if it had, ice scrapers are plastic so they do not scratch glass, and EVEN IF THEY DID, the swirling indicates a buffing, not consistent with scraping ice. They final straw was today when a manager told my wife "F*@xx YOU" and hung up on her. I am appalled at the level of service and professionalism, and overall decency lacking at this dealership and will never give them business again. More

I was told by Pat that the battery and the alternator were in perfect shape and only a fuse is needed to be replaced. Therefore, I paid $140.00 for labor and the fuse, and I was told that I would be called when the fuse is received. As I was leaving, I noticed my ABS light was on, I went right back but the door was locked; so I went right across the street at the CVS parking lot and called them; the operator said that It was lunch time, and would have to come back at 1:00 PM. Since I'd spent three hours there that day waiting for my car and I had to come back to dealer for the fuse anyway, I decided to go home. When I came back and mentioned it to Pat, he told me that it did not show on the diagnostic report, and I would have to pay another $ 140.00 to get it fixed. I decided not to go alone with it and just focus on the fuse. The next day, however, the car wouldnt start. When I called and spoke to Pat again, He told me: " There's nothing I can do Ma'am; I think it's 'Mother Nature.' It's too cold; you must change the battery as well." The Mazda battery plus labor would be over $200.00; so I bought a very good battery somewhere else at a lesser price. However, I was still experiencing the same problems with my car. When I took it to a different dealer, I was told that the system failure has to do with the "Belt Tensioner" which will cost me over $ 200.00. After I 'd sent an email to the manager and I didn't hear from him, I called him on the January 29th. He asked me to come back to the place for a thorough check-up. When everything was done Carlo (The service manager) told me that it was the alternator. Eventhough I tried to convince him that the alternator was changed one year ago, and there was no problem with it on his first diagnose, he told: "well it must be defective; that's what happen when you don't buy stuff from us. Anyway, we don't have any parts to keep throwing to your car to make it work." I replied that I didn't come here for a 'hand-out' I just need a fair shot to get my car fixed. He then told me: "well, it will be $ 1118.34 plus tax to get it fixed." Then he said: "I'll take 124.12 off since you had to replace the battery." I feel like it was very unfair, and I didn't make any deal with him. However the car got worse when I got home; I feel that they had something to do with it so that they can make more money from me. This place has put me through a lot, but what hurts me the most is the way they treat their customers: they don't show any concerns; all they see is 'Dollar Signs' using their customers as "cash cows." If I cannot count on my own dealer for help, who can I trust?They should be ashamed of themselves, and if I don't hear from them, I will pursue it. More

This is the third vehicle I have leased feom this dealership. If anything, the experience was even better this time than my previous times (and I would have not come back if the first 2 times were n dealership. We were looking for the right car for our 17 year old daughter who just got her drivers license. We wanted a car that would have all the safety features and would protect her in tbe event of a crash. Charlie and the other people at Maple Shade Mazda were totally fine when we changed our selection 3 times, they were patient, provided several different options, and even stayed late the night we picked up the car. They wanted us to be completely happy with our selection and worked hard to make sure that we were. More
