They were ready for my car at assigned appointment time, had the loaner car ready to go, and even found a coupon or two for a little something off. Kept the car overnight to make sure they had ample time to check the quality of their work which is in no way an inconvenience given the loaner car. 400746JM More

Great Buying Experience I went into Turnersville Mazda in early September as one of the many dealerships I stopped at that day to look at different options for a new car. I m I went into Turnersville Mazda in early September as one of the many dealerships I stopped at that day to look at different options for a new car. I met with Yuriy and he was so helpful! This was my first time car shopping and he was very patient with me. He explained everything in full detail, answered all of my questions, and was extremely pleasant. Yuriy was never pushy, as salesmen can be, and seemed to actually care about what I was looking for in my next vehicle. Once I told him what I wanted, he kept in contact with me and kept me updated on the vehicles on their lot. I went back approximately 2 weeks after my first visit to the dealership because I received a call from Yuriy about a car that had just come to their dealership that morning. I came to see the car a couple hours later and instantly loved it. Yuriy was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process, and thanks to him I have my perfect CX-5!! More
Scheduled service check-up Great customer service from the moment of scheduling my appointment to checking back with the service desk to make sure some parts previously ordered Great customer service from the moment of scheduling my appointment to checking back with the service desk to make sure some parts previously ordered were still in stock (because I had to cancel and reschedule the service appt), to being ready when I walked in and the service completed in a reasonable amount of time. The dealership was friendly and the customer waiting area had a desk and free wifi where I could work while I was waiting. Even though it had been 18 months since I leased my first Mazda, the salesman came by, recognized me, and we had a great chat about how much I enjoyed the car. He even remembered that I played in a band and asked about where we were playing next. Overall, the service was done right, quickly and the dealership values it's customers. More
Your competitor, Honda, helped me when you refused Last July I purchased a 2012 Mazda 3 from Northtown Mazda in Amherst New York and in January I moved to South Jersey. On Friday August 11th my car wou Last July I purchased a 2012 Mazda 3 from Northtown Mazda in Amherst New York and in January I moved to South Jersey. On Friday August 11th my car would not start and I would have never imagined that something as simple as having my Mazda towed to a Mazda dealer in New Jersey would turn into a day from xxxx. I called the Mazda dealership located in Turnersville New Jersey and I told the woman in the service department that my car would not start and that I would be getting it towed there for service because I pay extra every month for a warranty. She rudely told me that my car would not even be looked at until late next week and that they would not accept my warranty because she did not know what warranty I had purchased when I bought the car, she then proceeded to tell me it was 12:00pm and they were shutting down for lunch and hung up on me. I also called Maple Shade Mazda and was met with the same answer and I could call back when she was done eating. I didn’t realize that Mazda completely shut down during their lunch hours. As a customer that solely relies on one of your vehicles for transportation you can imagine my concern when both dealerships hung up on me in my time of need. I then called Northtown Mazda where I had purchased my car and asked the lady at the service desk if she had any of my paperwork still on file and if she could tell me what warranty I had. She was so kind and helpful and told me I had the Zurich Warranty and it is good from coast to coast and it should be no problem at all getting any service that needed to be done on my car covered. With that information, I called and had a tow truck come pick up my car and had it towed twenty miles to Turnersville Mazda. On the way to the dealership I had called the service center again as a courtesy to let them know when I would be arriving, I also told her that I had called the Mazda dealership where I bought the car and was told I had the Zurich Warranty. She told me they refused to take that warranty, I asked if there was any way they could honor it because a Mazda dealership told me it could be used anywhere and she told me no and that I would be paying an $180 diagnosis fee. I started crying in complete frustration while on the phone with her because I was en route to a dealership that would not take my warranty and I was following the tow truck driver and had no way of telling him we weren't going to be able to take my car there, she then said "I don't know what to tell you" and hung up the phone. This is now the second time I was hung up on by this dealership. I arrived to Turnersville Mazda and walked in and was met by an older gentleman who worked there and I figured if I could tell him what happened he could help me out. I realized the woman behind the desk was the one I had spoken to on the phone because I recognized her voice. When I made eye contact with her she smirked when she had finally realized it was me she was talking to on the phone. The older gentleman told me to hang on and he proceeded to walk away. Meanwhile as I was waiting for the gentleman to return I stepped outside because my father, who was in Western New York, was calling. He told me he had been on the phone with a customer service representative from Zurich and that he had spoken to a manager at Piazza Honda in Philadelphia. He updated the manager of what I was going through and the manager said he would gladly take my car in and service it using the warranty. The manager at Honda said the Zurich warranty was a national warranty, one of the best around, and paid the dealerships almost immediately after the work was completed. He was shocked that Mazda refused to take it. I would say I shared his sentiment. After hanging up with him the older gentleman asked me if I was going to leave my car here to get it serviced or if I was taking it elsewhere, I again asked if there was absolutely anyway he could honor the warranty and he said "I'm not fixing your car because it's a waste of my time and it takes too long to get my xxxx money. Good luck with your vehicle." and walked away. I’m not familiar with cars or how dealerships are run but it’s beyond me that a sales representative would be so blatantly rude and disregard a warranty that I specifically pay for each month because it didn’t benefit him in a timely fashion. As I started getting visibly upset again the sweet tow truck driver from E&M Autobody LLC promised to stay with me until we got everything figured out. I am a 21 year old female in an unfamiliar area with no family around to guide me, I had no idea what to do and no one from Mazda was willing to help me or suggest options to get my Mazda running again. The tow truck driver had to reload my car onto his truck and we had to drive an extra 23 miles to get over to the Honda dealership in Philadelphia. Thank goodness the amazing staff at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia sympathized with what Mazda had put me through and they welcomed me with open arms. I was taken care of from the moment my father had called until my car left their shop the next day. I find it incredibly concerning that after calling/talking with 3 Mazda dealers that a Honda dealership was able to fix the issue. The customer/vehicle service that I should have received by Mazda is what I received by your competitor. I would think that repeat customers are what you strive for in such a competitive market and at such a young age I expect to purchase additional vehicles in the future. After this experience and receiving a first hand look as to how you value your customers and honor your warranties it simply comes to trust and I have thoroughly lost my trust with the Mazda brand. This is something that no vehicle owner should go through, let alone a young female with little to no help. I am truly appalled by what the Mazda family values and their inability to help one of their own customers in time of need. More
