There was no pressure, there was no hounding, there was no forced comradery or anything like that. They helped me with a test drive, they asked all of the questions you would hope they would ask in an open/sincere way and they made the experience pleasant. The paperwork portion was also smooth and fast. I had been dreading this because in my past this has never been smooth, but I my total time in the dealership was under 2 hours to purchase my new CX-5, and that includes the test drive! More
