Left a deposit @8:00 pm, at 2:00 the next day I called to cancel to deal and they refused to refund my deposit. I had my car damaged while parked at a parking garage. The garage said they would pay for the damages. This mazda dealership took full advantage charging way more than necessary. However that is not my complaint, as I had nothing to pay. That just shows how dishonest they are. My complaint is that they damaged the rear bumper and would not take responsibility for it! They denied they did it, when I know for a fact the rear bumper was 100% undamaged when I dropped the car off. I have warned the garage insurance company to stay clear from them from now on. I am also urging all those reading this review to beware as well. There are plenty of other, honest mazda dealerships out there. More
Went to purchase new vehicle. Sales person was rude, abrupt and very condescending. I was very interested in the vehicle and would have purchased; however due to the character of the sales person I had abrupt and very condescending. I had enough of being over talked, not listened to and being insulted. Not a comfortable trusting environment. Would not recommend going to back to this site AT ALL. More

I notified the insurance company of this situation, and Mark insured them that the car would be repaired and it hasn't strike three.My wife talked to Mark and he stated that he doesen't like to be questioned on his work.being that I'm a customer am I not entitled to some type of explanation from the person doing a service.No one likes to be lied to and given the runaround.if the car couldn't be fixed by the shop in a timley manner, we should have been notified. for the last 11 days we have been without a car. and the service manager cannot give a reason why. this is unacceptable and not tolerated . signed a very unhappy and disatified customer More
