Untrustworthy After waiting a year for control arm recall I blew through $1100 in tires and about $800 in several other repairs to keep my cx-7 on the road. At the encouragement of the service manager and secretary both I called corporate to seek some compensation because “my car control arms were in very bad condition”. Corporate agreed I deserved compensation as long as BERNIE verified the information he told me. When I called Bernie to ask him to fax corporate the appropriate information he freaked out. Literally freaked out! Told me he can’t legally do that and went on to say he had to ask someone and so on and so forth! CAN U IMAGINE FEARING YOUR JOB TO POINT YOU DENY TELLING THE TRUTH? Bottom line is don’t trust Mazda to do the right thing. I waited a year for what was described as a “may cause harm or death” recall!!! Then denied compensation because a manager feared telling the truth. I drove to local HONDA DEALER that week and purchased 2018 honda accord touring. Bye Mazda & Bernie! SHAME ON YOU ALL More
