I was pretty sure I knew what I wanted (Mazda6 Touring) when I arrived at the dealership but didn't expect to buy that day. I asked for Yuriy since I've dealt with him before and felt very comfortable with him. He explained all of available options for the 2016 Mazda6, comparing them to the 2010 model I currently own so I had a good understanding of what was available. Coming out of the test drive during which he explained and demonstrated key features, I decided at that moment to purchase. We went through available inventory and found a vehicle that matched what I wanted. Yuriy helped me navigate the purchase and finance process quickly and I was able to leave that evening with my new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership. I've worked with their sales and service for five years now and never felt any sense of buyer's remorse or regret or had any problems. More

Plus their music was good and not blasting. We went to look at a used car we saw online. It was beautiful and we decided to buy it. They give you the bottom line, they don't start super ridiculously high and then lower your payments 5.00 an hour for 8 hours. Pretty much in and out compared with my experience with two other dealerships. Was pleasantly surprised and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. Our salesman makeesh Asher was the best and helped make it a pleasant experience for us. You Guys rock!!! More

Disappointing Experience Drove 40 minutes to look at a used HHR advertised as a great deal . Test drove and heard loud hum from front hub bearings . I have 3 of the same vehicle wanted another one for my daughter , have had these problems with my own so I knew what was wrong . But was willing to deal , The dealer still wanted the same money knowing about these problems said "that's why it's priced that way" this should be on a "but here pay here lot " not at a large dealer that states all cars are inspected prior to sale. Sadly someone with buy this and get stuck with over $1400 in repairs. More

I went to the dealership with a good understanding of the exact car I was looking for, and even though the new model was yet to be released, they kept in touch with me as to the ordering process, and straight through delivery. I was able to test drive the 2015 model to get more familiar with its capabilities, and then I drove the first 2016 model upon arrival. My vehicle shipped shortly thereafter, and I completed the transaction in less than 1 hour. My vehicle had my exact requirements and I am completely satisfied with all aspects. I came in today to trade my previous purchase in for a 2015. The transaction was smooth and everything was fully explained. The test drive was useful in seeing how the car handles and testing out new features like blind spot assist. Steve was very informative about the features in the car. Turnersville gives you all of the information you need without having to ask endless amounts of questions. Everyone is extremely pleasant as well. I'm glad I came back and would again. More
