I say this simply to give a history as to my car purchasing experience. In each circumstance, I negotiated via email so I simply had to show up, sign the papers, and drive away. In each deal, my salesperson was excellent and I would have gladly purchased a car from them again. Credit is stellar and I showed Steve my Credit Karma report up front so he knew that if he made the deal my credit would not kill it. Further, I flat out told him that if he wanted to sell a car, I would buy it. This was 7/31 so I figured they would be interested in selling. I made clear I would be taking advantage of the 0% financing and could either put a deposit down or not, but the monthly payment did not matter (he was trying to get me to say the monthly amount I wanted to pay). I was there to buy a 2015 Mazda6 Grand Touring (GT). My first concern was when I asked what Steve's email was (this was when I initially contacted them). His response was "why do you need an email?" Eventually he gave me a generic dealer email "ads@..." Against my better judgment, I went in without negotiating the car upfront. When I got there, I was the only buyer in the whole place. Later there was one other older couple buying a CX SUV, but otherwise no one but other salespeople texting, talking to people on their cell phones, and just "kicking the can" as it were. Since I had a trade, I needed to find out what numbers we were talking about on that first. Now I did my research and had a spreadsheet with the average across seven online trade-in calculators. Additionally, I had taken the vehicle for the 20,000 mile service the night before and gotten a trade-in value from them also. So I was very in-tune with what was reasonable. He pressed me for the amount that I owed and while I didn't provide it immediately, eventually I conceded and gave it to him. I asked to negotiate everything separately but ultimately he did not do that. So everything was going reasonably, UNTIL he came back with the pricing worksheet. First, the car was above invoice which he justified as "we're only a few hundred more than invoice, the cost we pay for the car." I dismissed that with "you may be able to tell that to someone who doesn't understand how you make money, but that isn't me." I was less concerned with that though, as you have to start somewhere when you are negotiating on price. The BIG issue was this, they only offered $15,500 for my trade, a 2013 Toyota Camry XLE in excellent condition (Toyota dealer's words) with 22,000 miles. As mentioned, my research online indicated an average of $18,000-$19,000 trade-in and Toyota confirmed that they would offer in that neighborhood should I trade-in on a new vehicle. So that is what I focused on, "why is your trade-in cost so low?" He said we checked the auctions and we can get your vehicle for $15,500 all day long with less miles. This is silly because Toyota said the same thing and it was around $17,500, along with the fact that I got a black book estimate which was way over $15,500 and I believe that has a basis in what auction rates are. Anyway, my response was, "well this is a deal breaker because even if you had a great price on the new vehicle, you are so far away on the trade that there is no way we are going to be able to get to a reasonable number." His response, "well I'm sure I can get a few hundred dollars more." I chuckled and said, "I'm sorry time was wasted, but we are not going to be able to make a deal." When I tried to take the sell sheet he had prepared, he jumped at me and said "you can't take that, that's ours. You can't use our sheet to negotiate with another dealer." Honestly, that was not the intent. I wanted to have proof to show others how pathetic of an offer they had made. All I remember is that with tax & tags, the final number was over $34k, insane for a Grand Touring model with a $30,690 msrp especially considering I had a trade-in sales tax credit of about 2/3s of the price. So, as I noticed from other reviews, this dealer does not have a handle on trade-in values. Fact is if you can get my car for $15,500 and sell it retail at 21,000, I want to get on that gravy train. It's clear that the expectation was that they would make a ridiculous amount of money off me. I'm all for them making a profit, but that comes with reasonable expectations. I was annoyed that the amount they offered plus the $750 trade-in offer Mazda is running was strikingly similar to how much I owed. Coincide? You decide. At the end of the day, I will buy the car and not from them. They lost the sale, which was all but guaranteed. I'm in sales myself and you have to be pretty pathetic to lose a slam dunk. Given the foregoing, I cannot recommend these folks. I know every circumstance is different but it seems the commonality is trade-ins. If you have a trade, perhaps there is a better Mazda dealer out there. If you are just negotiating the price for the vehicle, you may still have success. In my situation, there was just no way to make up for the low trade-in offer, so I walked out - a bit perturbed too because I expected to drive out with a new car. Quite a disappointment that could have easily been a great deal for both of us had the salesperson come to the table up-front with workable numbers. I've already been in contact with another Mazda dealer and they are procuring the vehicle for me with reasonable terms, so all is not lost, but I did have to waste a couple hours of my life (45 mins there, 30 mins sitting there, 45 minutes home). Thanks for nothing Turnersville Mazda. More

Walked in with every intention to buy the Mazda3 Hatchback but saw and test drove the Mazda6 and fell in love instantly. My sales rep, Yuri Rozenfeld, was very helpful and honest. All I can say is RUN...JUST RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK. These people are nothing but a BAIT & SWITCH dealership. I had went there with my daughter on 8/20/2013 to look at a 2013 Mazda 3 we saw online (Stock #D1823959). Unfortunately that car was at the Maple Shade dealer but it was not going to be a problem to get it to Turnersville. After test driving a similar car I was appalled at what they told me next. The $15,980 internet price was a CASH purchase only and it was not available for financing. But they would make me a great deal on it (YEAH...LIKE I NEVER HEARD THAT BEFORE) I was told they would give me $800 for my daughters 2004 Chrysler Sebring Touring with 70k miles (valued at 3 other dealers at $2,000 with a NADA and KBB value of $2,400). So the salesperson came back with a $262 a month payment for 72 months. Funny thing is that comes to $18,864 which is more than the sticker by almost $1,000. I WASTED A NIGHT. THEIR BAIT AND SWITCH WORKED BECAUSE IT GOT US THERE. I knew there was going to be a catch. I have all the information from the website and NOWHERE does it read "Cash Price Only". In the end, I ended up purchasing a Kia Forte from a great dealership in Cherry Hill that HONORED their internet price and gave me $2k for the trade in. More
