Horrible place My wife and I went to the dealer to test drive a Mazda 3 and CX-5. We looked around the lot for a bit and then went up front to speak to a salesperson My wife and I went to the dealer to test drive a Mazda 3 and CX-5. We looked around the lot for a bit and then went up front to speak to a salesperson. We were met by a salesman named "Yan"? We told him that we were here to take a test drive in some cars and would not be purchasing today since we just started shopping. After some back and forth questions, he asked for our license to make a copy so we could test drive some cars. It was at that point that he said "yeah, today is not a good day for test drives since there is a lot of traffic". I guess because we told him we were just there for a test drive that he didn't want to waste his time with us. I went and explained to the manager what had just happened and the salesman then basically called me a liar. I was going to make a cash deal if I had liked the car, but I will make it with another dealer. Big time mistake. More

We had been driving a 1994 escort, which has a smashed front bumper with a broken headlight which my husband replaced with a mismatched new one that he had to tie wrap to the car. That Was The Best Part Of That car. So when we stopped at the mazda dealer to check out their certified used cars never in a million years did we think we would be driving away with the car we did. Steven Taylor was our sales guy and went above and beyond for us. Because of all the hard work he did we drove away in a 2012 Mazda 3 sport. The car looks and drives like it is brand new. We looked at about 7 other places and no one even came close to the deal we got at the Turnersville Mazda. Steve was very nice and never made us feel any pressure to buy or that we were wasting his time. We are so happy with our new car, we still can't believe it's all real. If you want a great car at a great price with a great warranty, go see Steven Taylor at the Turnersville Mazda right away. You won't regret it. The reason we call it the miracle on rt. 42 is because of our money situation and credit rating. The first bank financing quote we got was for a Very high finance rate, Steve worked all night to get us a lower finance rate and to our delight and surprise he got us one almost 10 points lower. This made our monthly payments much more affordable and we really needed that. I could go on and on but you really need to see for yourself what a great dealership this place is. By the way, we are not young and have bought many new and used cars in our life and I promise this was one of our best experiences.
