I stopped by to check out cars and Yuri allowed me to browse and leave without being harassed. When I cam back a week later, he was great to work with. After a thorough test drive, he walked us through the pricing and financing offers, and a understanding of what the dealer could do for me. On top of that the service plan for Mazda and at this dealer is as good if not better than most luxury cars. I was happy to not have to go through the typical car buying experience of negotiating with 3-4 people. Instead I got a deal that I was happy with, in a car that is a great value for the price.
