I apologize that your vehicle was washed against your wishes. We will do better to pay attention in the future. I'm not sure what services were performed on your vehicle and why any of your presets would have been changed. Our technicians do have to move the seat to their specifications in order to safely drive your car, but I can talk with our service manage to see how we can better accommodate the customer when the settings have to be drastically changed.
