My husband and I were doing research on a new, affordable vehicle for my mom. She had decided she wanted a Hyuandi so we began doing the initial calls to all dealers in our area. The call backs we were getting from other dealers were less than enthusiastic and not very helpful. We assumed it was because we were calling on a Saturday afternoon and many of the dealerships were about to close for the day. Then we called Maple Hill Auto Group in Kalamazoo and spoke with Mr. Phil Lawrence. He was pleasant, professional, and eager to help us answer all our questions. He worked out a great deal over the phone with us and had everything ready to go that Monday for my mom to drive home in her new car! On top of all that, he then helped my husband and me get appointments and a great deal for our personal vehicles to receive a protective coating at Great Lakes Chemical. He took his time with us and made sure my mom felt comfortable in her new vehicle before she left. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Phil, to anyone looking to buy a new car! They will run your credit with out you permission! Evidently they get kickbacks if you finance with them (using Subaru/Chase).
