I'm not entirely sure what the last piece of your statement means, but we do not was cars that have trim pieces coming loose. Our car wash is not touchless and it would more than likely cause more damage to the vehicle, so we do not wash it. Your oil change took way too long, and the fact that your car keys were given to the body shop driver instead of to you is completely unacceptable. We came together as a team after you left and discussed the incident and everything that we could have done better and differently to make sure your experience never repeats itself again.
