I apologize for the lack in communication when it comes to your service. We sold you a Toyota from our used car lot, but we are not a Toyota dealership. We do not have the tools or equipment needed to do extensive work on a Toyota because those tools are used only at Toyota dealerships. We also do not have Toyota certified technicians. We can do oil changes on most makes and models due to oil filters being available for us to purchase from other dealerships, and not needing manufacturer certified technicians to do the oil changes. The service contract you purchased can still be used at the Toyota dealership, as long as they work with the warranty company. It works the same way as it would if you purchased an after market warranty company. It can be used at any repair facility that can work on your car and that works with the company. I hope this helps clear the air on why we can't do major service and why that service contract was sold to you.
