I apologize if you feel that you have been overcharged. If you were quoted $750, and brought that to our attention when we cashed you out, we would have honored that price. We never want customers to leave here feeling as if they were overcharged or lied to about a price. Service prices are set prices determined by the year, make, and model of your vehicle, and what the manufacture recommendations at that mileage point are. We unfortunately have no control over additional services that are need on vehicles. It is our job to inspect the vehicle as thoroughly as possible and let the customer know our findings. It would be negligent to know that all of those items we recommended to you needed to be addressed and not let you know. We give customers a quote so that they can then decide the past way for them to address these issues. If there is anything else that I can help you with, please give me a call. Thank you! I have been a customer with Maple Hill since purchasing my first Volvo S60 back in 2004. I also bought an S80 in 2013 and Volvo XC60 in 2020. My first car was covered under warranty for 5 years, then the S80 for three years. Just seems crazy that I have to spend over $900.00 to have a PM completed. Worst yet is the video you sent saying I can expect to spend over $5,000 on my future PM. Maybe it is time to look at other dealers. Had I know it was going to cost $900.00 I would have just taken my car to Mike's Tire in Galesburg for an oil change. My email address is on your file as you sent me this message.

The $20 was taken off immediately because our service advisor did make a mistake in the labor price and charged $20 over what was quoted.
