Left guard underneath the car unattached and it was dragging on the ground and catching wind/resistance as I drove away. When I stopped and looked under my car and saw what happened, I called the deale dragging on the ground and catching wind/resistance as I drove away. When I stopped and looked under my car and saw what happened, I called the dealer and explained the situation… and was left on hold for 10 minutes!! I finally hung up and called back and said I was on my way back to the dealership and was now running late for another appointment and I would need it fixed immediately when I got there. The guard was all messed up by the time I got back to the dealer for them to fix it. They didn’t show much urgency in getting me back on my way. They told me they would order a new one but I have not received a call from them about it or setting up an appointment to get it fixed. More

Every employee I spoke with was professional and very friendly. They kept me informed and finished the oil change in a timely manner. I was expecting a tire rotation but was told it wasn’t necessary beca friendly. They kept me informed and finished the oil change in a timely manner.
