Late service and priced well beyond estimate I schedule a service through the website. I arrived on time, and met the CS respresentative. He explained that I was overdue for some other items, a I schedule a service through the website. I arrived on time, and met the CS respresentative. He explained that I was overdue for some other items, and he recommended that I get them done. I agreed. He stated that it would take an hour longer than was originally quoted by the website. I needed to get to work, so I agreed to a shuttle service, to drop me off and pick me up at the end of my workday. I called about 1/2 hour before pickup to confirm. They had the address that I gave them, but did not take my name down. They came to pick me up (on time). Once I got there, they explained that they were short-staffed because of training (I understood), that my car was not completed. This is understandable, but they never updated me with a phone call. They also identified some new issues with the car, and provided a revised quote. They said that it would take a little longer, and agreed to lend me a loaner because I had to get home. I returned the next day, the car was completed, and the service was $200 more than the original quote, again no notifications in the middle of the day, nothing. They asked if I wish to go over the cost. At the time I was too flabbergasted to go over it. More money + more time does not equal good customer service and a loyal customer. More
