worst customer service EVER!!! Made appt. for 7am, the earliest available (last service appt., waiting 90 minutes then left, no explanation for delay) wasn't informed service doesn' Made appt. for 7am, the earliest available (last service appt., waiting 90 minutes then left, no explanation for delay) wasn't informed service doesn't start until 8am. iInformed appt. person what was going on, (same as last appt.) explained rear hatch controls needed to be reset. After 60 minutes, service tech didn't have a clue what was wrong, oh by the way, nobody bothered to inform tech what needed to be done . The service desk was told at drop off about hatch reset, so tech wasted 60 minutes trying to figure out what was going on. Finally went up to desk to see what delay was, was told tech didn't have a clue. Explained again that rear hatch control needed to be reset. armed with info tech had car fixed 30 minutes later. The first wasted 60 minutes was charged at $100/hr, even though the miscommunication was entirely their fault. You've been warned, use this service center at your own risk and be prepared to have your money taken and precious time wasted. More
