I apologize for any confusion, but with the fix that is needed on your vehicle, the part we need to replace first is not covered by your warranty, it is customer pay. We have to replace the window motor, and if that doesn't resolve the issue, then we need to replace the switch. The motor is not covered by your warranty, however the switch is, if that repair ends up needing to be done. If you have any other questions or concerns, please give me a call at 269-342-6600. Morgan did reach out to me, and sent me a "multipoint inspection sheet". The brakes were documented, but most of the form was blank. For example, page 3, "0032 inspect drive belts". There is nothing checked on the form. Recommended work - axle is clicking. How serious is that? There isn't any answer. I did get the answer that it wasn't in imminent danger, but is it a month, a year, a watch? For what I paid - which was way too much - I expect a clear answer about this. On the "multipoint inspection" there was no documentation about the front axle, just blank checkmarks. I paid 8 hours of labor for a four hour visit, and Maple Hill Auto Group also charged the diagnostic fee even after I agreed to the service. That level of greed is a first for me. If you're going to massively overcharge customers, you should deliver premium service, and this place absolutely doesn't.
