BUT, yesterday I began to question the value of my time vs. how long it took for the oil change. I don't understand how, with an appt., it should take 1 hour and 45 minutes to be out of the shop. I know things come up, but this is becoming more of a regular issue. I love the service I receive, love pulling my vehicle in and knowing I will be treated well. Great waiting area with coffee and more. Free car wash and I'm on my way. But PLEASE! I'm busy!! Try to cut the wait time down if possible. More

Our salesman, Dempsy Bluman, was one of two people with the Group that made a lasting impression. Dempsy was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle we were interested in. He also provided a written full history of work performed by his team to make the car ready and qualified as Certified Pre-Owned as well as a Carfax Report for our review. He handled the whole sale process extremely well, most impressive. The second, Mike Disher, Business Manager, helped us thru the financing details and was also a great pleasure getting to know and working with. Both Dempsy and Mike, along with the professional atmosphere within the dealership lend greatly to a great experience. I had my car initially serviced for a wiper motor, and upon inspection, the mechanics found nearly broken coils, cracked muffler clamp and my brake pads needed replacing. Mike emailed me a list of urgent repairs and said he would order the parts ASAP, he then scheduled my car for repairs in less than a week!
