I apologize that your car requires more attention and was not able to be fixed with the initial visit. On your repair order, it was notated that the N205 and N80 were both failed components and needed to be replaced. Our technician then noted, "WE WOULD NEED TO START WITH THESE 2 REPAIRS BEFORE GOING FORWARD." Replacing those two items was necessary to determine if the issue with your vehicle would be fixed or not. There were multiple other issues that our technician found that would aid in the drivability to your car that were declined. When you returned your car because it was having issues again, we looked at it and did not charge a diagnosis fee. We found new codes that were thrown four days after your car was repaired by us. This was notated on your repair order. Unfortunately, with those new codes being thrown, we found other issues that would not have been detected at your original visit. I am very sorry that the initial fix was not enough to repair your vehicle, but we are more than happy to do what we can to get it back up and running.
