The worst I’ve had in 15 years! Had to wait close to 2 weeks to have new tires put on and scheduled an alignment for the same time. They also changed the oil. After nearly 4 hours was told they couldn’t do the alignment I would have to reschedule. They could not do within a couple of days, so I had to schedule a week out. The car wash was a joke , my receipt said it was washed for $7 dollar value, it was still filthy! Very disappointed, I expected more from your service department. I could have gone anywhere to buy tires and the job would have been done sooner. In the past your service dept has done a better job for its customers. More

They're patient, friendly and knowledgeable I took my time finding the right vehicle fit for me. They made suggestions based on my requirements but in no way pushed me into a vehicle. VW Service - Price Gouging We've owned a VW Eos for several years and now a VW Atlas. I was not particularly in favor of the Atlas, but it wasn't for me. VW does design a nice v We've owned a VW Eos for several years and now a VW Atlas. I was not particularly in favor of the Atlas, but it wasn't for me. VW does design a nice vehicle, but the service charges have always been exuberantly high in comparison. For the same number of years (~7), I've owned a GMC Sierra truck. The service charge is typically $50 for a oil change, multi-point inspection, and tire rotation from the GMC dealer. I've had no need to go to an external service garage because GMC doesn't try to rip me off like VW. I was prepared when I took the VW Atlas in for it's recent service for a higher price, (>$200) as was typical with our Eos, what put me over the edge is the nickle and diming along the way. After the service was nearly complete someone came back and asked if I wanted the cabin air filter changed for an additional $50 and the tires rotated for an additional $19. This was a 20k mile service check-up. If the cabin air filter normally needs changed at 20k, then include it in your service package price, and don't charge extra for a tire rotation. The tires were probably already off when the break pads were checked (assuming that was part of the inspection?), so just rotate them. The fact that you charge an extra $19 for this service when the initial service is already far higher is ridiculous. You can bet that as soon as the original tires wear out and I have another set put on I will be going to one of the MANY tire companies that offer free rotations through the life of the tire. Also, once the warranty expires on the Atlas I will look for someone else to service it. More
