I feel like I was screwed! I signed the quote paper, when I went to leave I was charged $155 more for a diagnostic. They already knew that I had a heat shield rattle when I made the appointment. Don’t know what diagnostic test you do to find that! I had asked them to put my car on a hoist to remove the underbelly to retrieve some socket extensions I had dropped in there, they didn’t do that. They used a magnet and found one. Heck I can do that! I was told I would only have a 1/2 hour wait, I waited for 2 hours, no explanation! I used to respect this business but now I know how you do business and I will NEVER step foot in there again. Telling everyone I know about this! More

I felt the back end of my car was spotted and not as nice as when I brought it for service. One has to ask if the service was performed as poorly.
