As you stated in your review, our repairs carry a 12 month OR 12,000 mile warranty. It has been three years since the recall was performed, therefore any warranty on the part and labor of that repair are well past the expiration date. The repair that is needed to fix your car is not the same issue as the recall. That recall covered a fuse being replaced. The issue with your car now is that is needs a whole new ABS module. That is not the same thing as what was recalled, and therefore would not have been covered even if your warranty was still active. You would have been charged the $155 diagnostic fee regardless of the warranty. I am sorry if these were not the answers you were looking for, but we cannot be responsible for covering a repair that was a) never made and b) if it was made, well outside of the parameters of the parts and labor warranty we issue on our repairs.
