I was disappointed with the visit on September 22. I went in to begin the process of doing an oil consumption test. They changed my oil and apparently inspected under the valve covers. I left and driv I went in to begin the process of doing an oil consumption test. They changed my oil and apparently inspected under the valve covers. I left and drive 25 mile with it smoking and so I called the service and they said it would stop. When I reached my destination I opened the hood and there was oil everywhere. I had to have it towed back to the shop. They found a pinched valve cover gasket from when the did the work. More

This is the second Subaru that I have purchased from Maple Hill Auto. The purchase of our new Subaru was so easy. From the sales associate to the finance associate and everyone in between. The explanation of each feature of our new Subaru was clear and concise and they offered follow-up service with just a phone call. If you want real service today, I would purchase an automobile from Maple Hill Auto. When I go to look for another car it'll be Maple Hill that I'll go to. The value of the Subaru we purchased and the follow-up service that is associated with their warranty can't be beat. It was also important to me to know that Maple Hill Auto is a community business and they contribute to our community where I live. This is important they're not just a car dealership they are embedded into this community and have been for years. I wish there were more businesses out there that operated as honestly and clearly as Maple Hill Auto does. Anyone that works there can be proud to be a part of what they're doing in our community and how well they're taking care of their clients. More
