My husband and I stopped into the dealership with the intention of buying a new car on the spot. There were very few employees available to help and day 1, we ended up working with Nick. Very nice kid, b intention of buying a new car on the spot. There were very few employees available to help and day 1, we ended up working with Nick. Very nice kid, but had no sales drive whatsoever. Kind of fumbled around on a few things and wasn’t very confident in what he was doing which also leaves a customer feeling not confident. Ended up having to come back a second time for the actual delivery since there’s only one Ltd Awd on the lot and it wasn’t ready to actually be sold. Worked with Phil day 2 and it was a little bit better but again, he seemed to be the only person working the whole dealership. I understand there’s no local Hyundai competition, but this dealership could certainly step up their sales game. They could have easily sold my husband on a genesis had they been a little more tactful instead of worrying about insurance cards and what you think we can or cannot afford in a monthly payment. Let me worry about that. Overall not a “bad” experience, just lacking. More

I had an issue with a noise the last time I was at the dealership for service. After taking the car for a test drive we could not hear the noise. Of course, on my way home the noise was back again. I m dealership for service. After taking the car for a test drive we could not hear the noise. Of course, on my way home the noise was back again. I mentioned this to Cassandra and she took my concern seriously and did not discount it. The technician heard the sound on the way to the bay and has fixed it. Hurrah! I was not charged for the repair since it occurred after I had had my back breaks replaced and I had mentioned it on my previous visit. I liked the way Maple Hill stood by its' work. Since I was in for a recall repair I was given a loner. I really like the Impreza Sport and if I was looking for a new car I would seriously consider it. Mary Ryder More
