Service did what they were supposed to do in servicing my car. Everything was completed correctly. I wanted them to check a vibration I had in the rear of the car but was told I would have to make another ap car. Everything was completed correctly. Like what others have said, Maple Hill is friendly and attentive. They have an excellent waiting room area and if you need to get work done you can. The complimentary snacks and coffee help also! Maple Hill makes everything seem less when I come in for routine maintenance or repairs. I get a ride to work so I don’t have to wait around. Car is ready when I need it. I am normally very please with the service but recent visits have me a little puzzled. I am currently waiting on parts that are on order and have had no updates at all.
