Nick was wonderful to work with. We worked our deal out via phone and email - and pickup was so quick and smooth. I can only speak to the service dept. Angela was very good. Tech service was not.'None of the issues were resolved except they reset the tire pressure monitor. I submitted that there was a vibration at good. Tech service was not.'None of the issues were resolved except they reset the tire pressure monitor. I submitted that there was a vibration at 55-60; water level sensor icon was on for the first five minutes of operation and then off; manual transmission froze up in very cold weather; tire pressure monitor was always on. Vibration diag from the tech was maybe the tires? No corrective action suggested for the rest of the issues. I have responded to two earlier inquiries from the dealership without a response. If they do respond I would reconsider my "recommendation". Having worked for Lexas, this is not the level of service I am used to providing. More
