I can only speak to the service dept. Angela was very good. Tech service was not.'None of the issues were resolved except they reset the tire pressure monitor. I submitted that there was a vibration at good. Tech service was not.'None of the issues were resolved except they reset the tire pressure monitor. I submitted that there was a vibration at 55-60; water level sensor icon was on for the first five minutes of operation and then off; manual transmission froze up in very cold weather; tire pressure monitor was always on. Vibration diag from the tech was maybe the tires? No corrective action suggested for the rest of the issues. I have responded to two earlier inquiries from the dealership without a response. If they do respond I would reconsider my "recommendation". Having worked for Lexas, this is not the level of service I am used to providing. More

The absolute lack of communication made this process far more painful than it needed to be. Being behind due to the pandemic and labor crisis is one thing, but at least keep people informed about what is go more painful than it needed to be.
