Thank you for your review. We do keep our prices competitive. We also use OEM parts and have a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on all repairs. It looks like you also had a tie rod end replaced along with the other services you mentioned. Your advisor should have given you an estimate for the repairs to avoid any sticker shock when you received your bill. If this did not occur, please let me know so I can look into it further.
