Hi there! Actually I do, I recently had a very bad oil leak and I already lost over quart of a gallon. It never happened to me before so something was done incorrectly with my service last time. I want to know when I can come in to get it fixed? Thank you

Hello. I want to apologize for all the frustrations regarding your vehicle. I know another apology is not necessarily want you want or need, but I am truly sorry and completely understand your frustrations. I spoke with your wife yesterday, and we talked for quite a while. I have no excuse to offer when it comes to the wrong color interior, other than it was an oversight that should not have happened. I am happy that your sales person was able to rectify the mistake, but I completely understand why you were frustrated. As far as the battery goes, having an item fail on a brand new vehicle is never fun and is not an ideal situation for either the customer or the dealer. We have had quite a few issues being able to get Hyundai parts in a timely manner. We are just as frustrated by it as any of our customers, but unfortunately, it is something that is out of our control. Just please know that we hear our customers regarding this issue, and we are doing everything possible to make things go as smoothly as we can. Now, let's address the oil change from the other day. There is no excuse why the wrong oil was used. It was written up for a full synthetic oil change, so that should have been the oil used. I can assure you that they did drain out the incorrect oil and refilled it with the correct oil. I agree that you should not have had to make a return trip for a service that you had just had done. Personally, I would have been just as frustrated. Like I said, there is no excuse to be made. Even though another sorry is going to sound lame, I am sorry that this was your experience with Maple Hill. We strive to do better than this for our customers, and we have dropped the ball several times for you and your wife. I know you have stated that we have not given you a reason to return, but if you do decide to give us another chance, I do have a free service on your account along with a note to always double check that the correct oil is for your vehicle. I do hope that you do give us just one more chance to prove to you that we can be better, but if not, I understand. If there is anything else I can do for you, please reach out to me at anytime. Very very professional response Lena to my review of Maple Hill Auto, it’s unfortunate that your professionalism hasn’t been contagious with Cedric and Andrea. Cedric seemed as though he was on a mission to separate his actions on 02/16/2022 from any of my past dealing with Maple Hill while I was trying to convey to him my frustration on that day wasn’t just stemming from my inconvenience from the incorrect oil change it was from my history with Maple Hill but it seemed like he was offended because I was angry and he was my vent. Andrea was also no help at defusing the situation. Andrea seemed to me that after Cedric apologize I should have just sat and waited for my second oil change of the day to be completed smiled and waved goodbye when it was done. Again your response was amazing and my wife and I truly appreciate it and while I’m thinking of it one of your staff members that deserves some praise is Rebecca. She went above and beyond in my opinion with addressing a car issue on our last visit so please give her a pat on the back from us. She’s a valuable employee to Maple Hill.
