Last time the tailgate bumper was not done; this time the car was full of water spots. I was sitting inside waiting, and it did not rain. The inside of the car only had “a half assed job“. The car came clean to you with no water spots. When the car came out, the driver entered the building. I did not see where he went, but he did not come to me. I sat inside for almost 30 minutes and no one came. I then walked outside and drove the car away. Susie is absolutely a fantastic employee doesn’t do her job, give her a pay raise . The Christmas of 2021 my daughter bought the auto Butler as a gift. I’m not sure what she bought. It was not a detailing job or an orange peel. You live up to your standards Mendel poor poor service. I was around when your children attended Saint James, you have not changed. More
