I brought my Suburban in on May 30th think I needed to have my tires checked before leaving the next day for vacation. I was then told I needed a new transmission. On June 5 I dropped my suburban off and have my tires checked before leaving the next day for vacation. I was then told I needed a new transmission. On June 5 I dropped my suburban off and got a loaner car for the week. I picked my Suburban up on Friday June 9. The next week I told my husband that my car was not driving right. I then brought the Suburban back over on June 23 or 24 I can't remember which day. They then told me that the noise and feeling my Suburban was just shifting into 4 cylinders and if it was still doing it after 5000 miles to then bring it back. My husband was pissed by that response. He called Susie on Monday June 26 and she said to bring it up there again. I called Wednesday June 28 to schedule a time and get a loaner. At that time I was told there are no loaners available and could get placed on a waiting list. While now I don't feel safe to drive far distances with my kids in the car. I am very disappointed and I feel that Mandal doesn't want to come out and say they put a bad transmission in my car after I just spent almost 7000.00 More
I tried on numerous occasions to set up an appointment with out any luck prior to my arrival from out of town. My desire was to get the truck in for a service and a detail since the vehicle was purchased with out any luck prior to my arrival from out of town. My desire was to get the truck in for a service and a detail since the vehicle was purchased with a ceramic coat and required an annual inspection. It was my understanding the ceramic required inspection annually. They did get the oil changed but was not able to inspect or detail the car due to time constraints. When I received it back from the oil change an attempt to wash it had been done but it was spotty and looked worse than not washing it at all. The people were very nice and worked in the oil change. My disappointment was not getting through to service after several attempts early on and not getting my car detailed and inspected on the high dollar ceramic coat from the dealer I purchased it from. I made a 3 star service employee rating only because they did not respond to my call so I could get the appointment to get all of the work done. Otherwise everyone was very nice. More

To start with Susie was my customer service rep and she is fantastic! But overall my experience was not good. I had my towed in and it was a bad battery covered under warranty. As I was leaving the dealers is fantastic! But overall my experience was not good. I had my towed in and it was a bad battery covered under warranty. As I was leaving the dealership I saw my check engine light was on.Turned around and went back. It was a cable that was not hooked up. Ok stuff happens no big deal I was back on my way in short order. Several days later my nephew was changing my air filter for me and saw that a part was just laying under the hood by the windshield. When the hood was closed the part that was not re-installed cracked a plastic piece. The part was a bracket used to secure the battery. So I am very concerned about the lack of attention to detail. I am not sure I can trust the work done here. Jeremy was the technician and I have requested that he is not working on my vehicle in future. Right now I can only hope that bracket was installed correctly. Suzy has ordered the part to replace what was cracked. I am looking to replace my second car in the spring and am on the fence on if it will be from this dealership or another. My purchasing experience here was good but service is key!
