Not 100% reliable of the work stated to be done on more than one occassion. Mr. Jamie is awesome but he is babysitting too many slacking on their duties. I was able to drive in without an appointment and get my vehicle serviced within a reasonable time frame, interact with staff, and drink some complimentary Gucci coffee.
