Went to mechanics shop for a bad shaking and pull to the right .had bad Pitman,idler arm and locking up brake caliper which should have been under warranty so brought to dealership The service manager jamie right .had bad Pitman,idler arm and locking up brake caliper which should have been under warranty so brought to dealership The service manager jamie is excellent but some of the mechanics.They said couldn't find bad steering components until I put new tires $2700 in tires to find a problem I thought you fix a problem then put new tires but that's me. Shortly stood around without being acklodged before getting helped. Had a few recalls but couldn't get them taking care of at the time, was told next time I came in. Well it was the next time I came in and they said they were expired, never heard of expired recalls which they couldn't explain either. Felt like the help could of been friendlier and more helpful. Didn't even give me the keys while when I left, had to find them myself. More
